It can be used on the whole body after washing your face, or on dry hands and feet.

 
Usage
After a bath or before going to bed, apply an appropriate amount onto cosmetic cotton or the palm of your hand and gently pat onto your skin.
 
For a more refreshing effect, use it chilled in spring and summer.
