This medicine is a member of the lactic acid bacteria family (butyric acid bacteria). It supplements the good lactic acid bacteria that are good for the intestines and expels the bad intestinal bacteria. As a result, diarrhea and intestinal rumbling will improve, and your stomach will feel better. It is mainly used for diarrhea, but it is also good for constipation.
Although lactic acid bacteria preparations do not have strong effects, they can be used safely for any symptoms.

Usage
In general, for adults, take 0.5 to 1 g (20 to 40 mg of the active ingredient) three times a day, but the dosage may be adjusted depending on your age and symptoms. Be sure to follow the instructions for taking the medicine.

If you take it on an empty stomach and you don't have any food in your stomach, it may be less effective.
When you are on an empty stomach, the lactic acid bacteria are weakened by the influence of gastric juices, and the number of viable bacteria may decrease (postprandial gastric pH 4-5, fasting gastric pH 1-2).
However, it doesn't completely kill them, so even if you can't eat, it's better to drink than not.
