Usage

＜Warning＞
If you take it on an empty stomach and you don't have any food in your stomach, it may be less effective.
When you are on an empty stomach, the lactic acid bacteria are weakened by the influence of gastric juices, and the number of viable bacteria may decrease (postprandial gastric pH 4-5, fasting gastric pH 1-2).
However, it doesn't completely kill them, so even if you can't eat, it's better to drink than not.
